Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical 2026 use cases

- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at industry conferences
- Collaborate with hardware teams to prototype quantum computing solutions
- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Secure external funding through NSF and DARPA proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in quantum information science or equivalent contributions
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics principles
