Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization
- Develop error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent applications for quantum innovations
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum software-hardware integration
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum computing conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantum field with 3+ years research
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and Q# programming
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum computing journals
- Hands-on experience with quantum simulators (Qiskit, Cirq) and real quantum processors
- Strong background in quantum error correction and topological quantum computing
- Ability to translate theoretical models into scalable engineering solutions
- US citizenship or permanent residency required for facility access
