Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for real-world applications

- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
- Secure $1M+ in research grants annually
- Develop IP portfolios with commercialization potential
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Published record in quantum error correction techniques
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex analysis
- Proven ability to secure NSF/DoE research funding
