Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical enterprise applications
- Optimize qubit stability and error correction protocols in hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to translate theoretical models into functional prototypes
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and neural network acceleration
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory and experimental physics
- Develop patentable innovations in quantum cryptography and secure communication protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent research experience)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware systems
