Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum system architectures
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
- Secure $5M+ in DARPA/NSF research funding
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum annealing or superconducting qubits
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and topological qubits
- Proven track record of securing government research grants
