Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems

- Publish findings in leading scientific journals and industry conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Expertise in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Experience with high-performance computing environments
- Strong background in machine learning or cryptography
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from concept to implementation
