Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-classical hybrid computing architectures for enterprise deployment
- Develop cryogenic cooling and qubit control systems with 99.99% stability
- Create quantum error-correction protocols using topological codes
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers in prototyping
- Document quantum system blueprints and security frameworks
- Collaborate with AI teams to optimize quantum machine learning pipelines
- Research emerging quantum technologies (e.g., photonic computing, room-temperature qubits)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware integration
- Published research in quantum computing or related peer-reviewed journals
- Deep understanding of quantum-classical hybrid system interoperability
