Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and climate sectors
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive leadership teams
- Facilitate cross-industry workshops to build future-ready organizational capabilities
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, trend analysis, or technology forecasting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (whitepapers, journals)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, APF) strongly preferred
