Responsibilities
- Architect and define high-performance communication protocols for future network architectures.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and simulation to validate protocol efficiency under load.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new 2026 standards into legacy systems.
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies such as 6G, IoT mesh networks, and quantum-safe encryption.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for protocol documentation and deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in network engineering, systems architecture, or protocol development.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, and emerging transport layer protocols.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Rust, or Python.
- Experience with network simulation tools and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
