Responsibilities
- Define the Technical Roadmap: Lead the architectural strategy for the 2026 fiscal year, identifying key technologies and frameworks that will drive business growth.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect high-performance, cloud-native microservices capable of handling massive scale and future demands.
- AI & Quantum Integration: Spearhead the integration of advanced AI and quantum-ready protocols into our existing product suite.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, best practices, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executive stakeholders and product teams.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies and prototype solutions to validate architectural hypotheses.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.
- Future-Forward Skills: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML integration, blockchain technologies, or predictive analytics.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving intricate architectural challenges.
