- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging trends to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
- Agile Execution: Oversee the agile development lifecycle, ensuring rapid iteration and delivery of high-quality software products.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, strategy, or technical leadership within the tech industry.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term strategic plans (3+ years out).
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud computing, and data architecture.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and manage conflict effectively.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
