Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic development and implementation of the technology roadmap, specifically targeting breakthroughs anticipated in the year 2026.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable AI architectures capable of processing quantum-level data and integrating with next-gen neural networks.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging tech trends, including generative AI, holographic interfaces, and edge computing.
- Team Innovation: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of radical experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and executive leadership to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development sprints.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish ethical guidelines for autonomous systems and ensure all future-tech solutions comply with evolving regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or AI research, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and quantum computing fundamentals.
- Foresight: Proven ability to identify emerging tech trends and translate them into viable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving high-stakes, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
