Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D animations and motion graphics for web, mobile, and social media platforms.
- Create storyboards and visual concepts that align with project timelines and brand guidelines.
- Optimize animation assets for various devices, ensuring smooth playback and performance.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a creative team culture.
- Collaborate with the creative director to refine visual styles and storytelling techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in 2D animation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in 2D animation, motion graphics, or graphic design.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating advanced animation techniques and storytelling skills.
- Excellent understanding of timing, spacing, and character motion principles.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment.
