Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of high-quality 2D animations for web, mobile, and marketing campaigns.
- Design and implement complex character rigs and visual effects within industry-standard software.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate the creative output of the team.
- Collaborate with copywriters and art directors to ensure visual narratives align with project goals.
- Optimize animation sequences for performance and cross-device compatibility.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in 2D motion graphics and contribute innovative techniques to the workflow.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or a related field.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Blender.
- Strong foundation in principles of animation, including squash and stretch, timing, and anticipation.
- A robust portfolio showcasing diverse styles, from flat design to detailed character animation.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or Fine Arts is highly preferred.
