What You Will Do:
• Collaborate with art directors and copywriters to develop compelling visual strategies.
• Create high-fidelity 2D illustrations, icons, and infographics.
• Design user interface elements that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally intuitive.
• Produce motion graphics and animations to enhance digital campaigns.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s visual style guide across all platforms.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a consistent visual language across all brand touchpoints.
- Translate wireframes and concepts into polished 2D visual designs.
- Produce high-quality animations and motion graphics using industry-standard software.
- Optimize assets for various platforms (web, mobile, print).
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and 2D animation techniques.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design fidelity in implementation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a 2D Designer, Graphic Designer, or Motion Designer (Minimum 5 years).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in illustration, iconography, and typography.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Proficiency in Figma or Sketch for UI/UX design.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, ProtoPie) is a plus.
