Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-fidelity 2D interactive experiences using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and WebGL.
- Optimize rendering performance for complex 2D visualizations and animations.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect interactive elements.
- Develop reusable JavaScript libraries and frameworks to accelerate the development lifecycle.
- Maintain and refactor legacy code to improve scalability and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D interactive development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS).
- Strong understanding of the Canvas API, WebGL, and animation libraries (e.g., GSAP, Pixi.js, Framer Motion).
- Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility testing.
- Proven track record of optimizing web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
