Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI requirements.
- Optimize model performance, accuracy, and latency for real-time inference applications.
- Maintain and improve the existing codebase, ensuring high code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Conduct rigorous testing, including A/B testing and model validation, to ensure product reliability.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI/ML to integrate cutting-edge techniques into our product suite.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience in deploying and serving LLMs or NLP models in production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
