Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-end 2D motion graphics, logo animations, and explainer videos.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual style guide across all motion assets.
- Collaborate with the creative team to translate complex ideas into accessible, engaging visual narratives.
- Optimize render times and output files for various platforms (Web, Social, Broadcast).
- Review final animations for technical quality, timing, and aesthetic appeal.
- Assist in training junior designers and providing technical mentorship.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design or animation.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for texture and asset creation.
- Experience with rigging and character animation is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts to non-designers.
