Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy robust AI agents capable of complex, multi-step reasoning and task execution.
- Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to ensure high-fidelity data retrieval.
- Integrate and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific enterprise use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and model governance.
- Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvement strategies to reduce latency and costs.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI research.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade machine learning models.
