Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal AI systems.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel neural network architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quantum computing specialists and hardware engineers.
- Optimize model inference for real-time applications and edge devices.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, fairness, and transparency.
- Mentor and guide a team of top-tier data scientists and ML engineers.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of Transformer models, NLP, and Generative AI.
- Experience leading technical strategy and architectural decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
