Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling next-generation data loads and quantum processing requirements.
- Hybrid System Design: Spearhead the integration of classical machine learning models with emerging quantum computing paradigms.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for 2026-era computing, ensuring our solutions remain at the cutting edge of efficiency and accuracy.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical rigor.
- Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize neural network architectures for reduced latency and increased throughput.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly desirable.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and high-availability cloud architectures.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and innovate under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
