Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic architectural vision for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring scalability and long-term viability of AI models.
- Design and implement next-generation neural networks and machine learning pipelines optimized for edge computing and decentralized systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging technologies, including generative AI, predictive analytics, and autonomous agents.
- Drive the integration of AI ethics and governance into the core development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI or Machine Learning architecture role.
- Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, and modern frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with quantum computing concepts and post-quantum cryptography is a significant plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams through complex, high-stakes projects.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
