Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical vision and architectural strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, aligning with business objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable machine learning infrastructure and distributed systems.
- Oversee the research and deployment of state-of-the-art AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics engines.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure our stack remains future-proof for the 2026 era.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product Managers and Data Scientists, to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Apache Spark.
- Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Proven track record of deploying high-availability, cloud-native applications in AWS or Azure environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
