Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on generative models and autonomous agents.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating quantum-ready algorithms into our current cloud-native stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and research teams to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and ethical AI standards are embedded in every layer of the architecture.
- Optimize model performance and reduce inference costs for large-scale deployments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to production deployment.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
