Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of proprietary AI models for the 2026 roadmap.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI engineering across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Generative Models).
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Oversee model deployment, optimization, and monitoring in production environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
