Key Responsibilities

- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines designed for the 2026 ecosystem, focusing on LLMs and generative AI.
- Lead the technical strategy for our transition to next-gen cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and contribute to open-source communities.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy, bias mitigation, and compliance with ethical standards.
- Define the long-term roadmap for AI capabilities, anticipating industry shifts and technological advancements.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale NLP and Computer Vision models.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts is a plus.
