Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) to drive competitive advantage.
- Manage a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver high-impact projects.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of future tech initiatives and report on progress to the C-suite.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering department.
- Collaborate with external partners and thought leaders to stay ahead of industry shifts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role within the Technology or AI sector.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology strategies (3+ years planning horizon).
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data strategy.
- Strong understanding of machine learning, automation, and future tech trends.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
