Responsibilities
- Design and implement the architectural vision for the 2026 AI ecosystem, ensuring scalability and high performance.
- Lead the research and integration of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize machine learning pipelines for low-latency inference in high-volume environments.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior architects and engineers.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously evolve our technical stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI solutions at scale.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
