Responsibilities
- Lead AI Strategy: Architect and oversee the development of scalable AI infrastructure for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Design and implement efficient neural network architectures to maximize performance and minimize latency.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and technical architecture reviews.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, conducting experiments with novel algorithms and integrating them into our stack.
- Deployment: Manage the CI/CD pipeline for machine learning models, ensuring robustness and reliability in production environments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and product managers.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud computing (AWS/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and optimizing system performance.
- Leadership: Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
