Responsibilities
- Design and deploy high-performance AI architectures tailored for next-generation computing environments.
- Lead the strategic roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging AI trends such as Neuromorphic computing.
- Mentor a team of 8+ engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with data scientists to optimize neural network models for edge devices.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and efficiency across cloud-native infrastructures.
- Define best practices for model deployment and monitoring in production.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in agile environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup.
