Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to identify and implement cutting-edge technologies expected to dominate the 2026 landscape.
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable AI architectures capable of processing real-time data streams.
- Quantum Integration Strategy: Research and prototype quantum computing applications relevant to our current project portfolio.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all 2026-compliant systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and cybersecurity.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership roles.
- 2026 Readiness: Deep understanding of technologies on the horizon for 2026, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Edge Computing.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
