Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision and design for our 2026 AI infrastructure roadmap.
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and MLOps workflows.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Optimize existing models for performance, latency, and cost efficiency.
- Establish best practices for data governance, security, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Expert knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying end-to-end AI solutions in production environments.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
