Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable deep learning infrastructure designed for 2026 standards of autonomy and efficiency.
- Pioneer research in Multimodal Large Language Models (MLLMs) capable of complex, real-world reasoning and action.
- Optimize inference pipelines to support high-volume autonomous agent deployment on edge devices.
- Establish robust ethical frameworks for AI alignment, safety protocols, and explainability.
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to hybridize classical and quantum algorithms for problem-solving.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or equivalent industry leadership.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and modern TensorFlow ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, diffusion models, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience managing high-performance computing clusters and large-scale cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on cross-disciplinary collaboration and mentorship.
