Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design a comprehensive technical strategy and infrastructure roadmap that positions Aether Dynamics as a market leader leading up to and through 2026.
- Lead High-Impact AI Development: Spearhead the development of proprietary machine learning models and deep learning frameworks that drive core product innovation.
- System Orchestration: Oversee the end-to-end software architecture, ensuring seamless integration of AI components into existing enterprise ecosystems.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build, mentor, and retain a world-class team of data scientists and AI engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives and product managers to translate business goals into actionable technical requirements and AI use cases.
- Scalability & Performance: Ensure all AI systems are designed for massive scalability, high throughput, and fault tolerance to meet future demand.
Qualifications
- Extensive Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in specialized AI/ML architecture roles.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and architect systems that are future-proof and adaptable to emerging technologies.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
