Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end technical architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical strategy and long-term goals for AI research and implementation, aligning with business objectives.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
- System Integration: Integrate complex AI models into existing cloud infrastructures and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and mitigate risks associated with large-scale AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Infrastructure: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
