Responsibilities
- Lead AI Model Development: Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems with high accuracy.
- Architect Scalability: Build robust, scalable, and efficient AI infrastructure capable of handling millions of data points in real-time.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, exploring new algorithms (e.g., Transformer models, Generative AI) to integrate into our core products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and provide technical mentorship to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance to ensure low latency and high throughput.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade models.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is essential.
- Algorithms: Deep understanding of statistical modeling, NLP, or Computer Vision depending on the specialization.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to the shifting landscape of AI technology.
