Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure optimized for the 2026 compute environment.
- Lead a team of elite engineers in developing next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) with enhanced reasoning capabilities.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate post-quantum cryptography into AI models.
- Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define the technical roadmap for our proprietary "2026" neural stack.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Experience with Quantum Computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering teams through complex transitions.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
