Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the design and implementation of high-performance AI systems focused on long-term scalability and future-proofing.
- Model Optimization: Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models that reduce latency and maximize throughput.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision for our AI infrastructure stack, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Code Quality: Establish rigorous coding standards and conduct technical reviews to maintain excellence across the engineering team.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- System Design: Proven ability to design fault-tolerant systems that can operate in high-concurrency environments.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience mentoring junior engineers and leading cross-functional teams.
