Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of the 2026 AI ecosystem, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Define the long-term technical vision and roadmap in collaboration with the CTO and product teams.
- Design and implement advanced machine learning pipelines and data processing architectures.
- Mentor a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise systems.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and proof-of-concept validation for emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI and machine learning architecture.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong experience designing cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI frameworks.
