Responsibilities
- Design and deploy next-generation deep learning models optimized for 2026 infrastructure.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines using cloud-native technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data governance across all projects.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI research.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with LLMs, Transformers, and NLP technologies.
- Experience with MLOps, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
