Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Lead the architectural vision and technical roadmap for AI initiatives targeting 2026, aligning them with business goals.
- Model Development: Design, train, and optimize large-scale machine learning models and Generative AI architectures.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of AI agents into existing enterprise workflows and infrastructure.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- R&D: Conduct research on emerging AI trends, including reinforcement learning and multimodal learning, to stay ahead of the curve.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure models are deployed with high throughput, low latency, and robust scalability.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and MLOps.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
