Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 AI product suite, aligning with high-level business goals and emerging market trends.
- Architecture Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure AI architectures capable of supporting high-volume data processing and complex machine learning models.
- Leadership: Mentor a team of junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI: Implement frameworks to ensure AI fairness, transparency, and accountability in all deployed models and systems.
- Technical Due Diligence: Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and assessments for potential acquisitions, partnerships, or new tech integrations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading technical strategy for large-scale product launches and innovation cycles.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in AI Ethics, Cloud Architecture, or System Design are a significant plus.
