Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy large-scale machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead the technical roadmap for 2026 AI capabilities, including LLM optimization and autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready software.
- Establish best practices for model governance, bias mitigation, and ethical AI implementation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in neural architectures and hardware acceleration (e.g., TPUs, GPUs).
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and scaling production AI systems.
