Responsibilities
- Lead the definition of the company’s technical roadmap for the 2026 era, focusing on AI integration and spatial computing.
- Design and oversee the deployment of high-scale machine learning infrastructure and generative models.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for data governance, AI ethics, and system security.
- Drive innovation in neural network architectures and large language model (LLM) optimization.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a specific focus on AI and Machine Learning.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering teams and managing complex, multi-year projects.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
- Strong ability to anticipate future tech trends and apply them to solve current business challenges.
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and performance.
