Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for proprietary Generative AI models targeting deployment in 2026.
- Design scalable distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of neural data in real-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to integrate Computer Vision with Natural Language Processing.
- Optimize existing neural networks for edge computing environments and mobile deployment.
- Establish best practices for model explainability and ethical AI governance.
- Prototype novel algorithms and validate them against industry benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering and System Architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models into production environments.
- Deep understanding of Neural Networks, Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers and researchers.
