Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of large-scale Generative AI models and neural architectures.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs for production environments.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms for multimodal learning and reinforcement learning.
- Establish industry-leading best practices for model governance, safety, and ethical AI usage.
- Collaborate closely with data engineering and product teams to translate technical concepts into scalable solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience designing and deploying production-grade Machine Learning systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow frameworks.
- Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and NLP.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow or Kubeflow.
