Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI and machine learning systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Define and enforce best practices for data engineering, model training, and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing infrastructure for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in artificial intelligence and hardware acceleration to ensure our technology stack remains future-proof.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with a strong focus on AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and big data processing (Spark, Kafka).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
