Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and deployment of advanced machine learning models, including LLMs and reinforcement learning agents.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 release cycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting rigorous code reviews.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency to ensure real-time user experiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- AI Specialization: Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, or Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Cloud Expertise: Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
