Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-level architectural blueprints for next-generation AI platforms and neural networks.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Define and enforce best practices for data privacy, security, and bias mitigation in AI systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to align technical roadmaps with 2026 business goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies to ensure our infrastructure remains future-proof.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a specific focus on Machine Learning and AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable AI solutions in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
