Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI infrastructure, identifying emerging trends and setting technical standards for the next generation of intelligent systems.
- System Design: Architect high-scale, fault-tolerant neural networks and machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabyte-scale data streams.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and C-suite executives to translate business objectives into robust technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model latency, accuracy, and resource utilization to meet enterprise-grade SLAs.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Future-Proofing: Proven track record of designing systems that remain relevant and scalable for 2026 and beyond.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
